In June we had the pleasure of hosting a medical team from Westmore Church of God in Cleveland, TN. At the same time we had the opportnuity to welcome two nurses from another team visiting in La Ceiba and a couple of old friends (and now RNs) Doug and Pam Lolley. It was incredible to see how God made a way for each one of the group members to find a way to Honduras specifically for that week.
We took the group to the village of San Luis – a flat, completely dry, 30 minute hike 
– where we were the first group ever to administer medical care in their village. It was an incredible challenge as the supposedly easy hike left us all out of breath and tired before we even arrived, but God showed up and our strength was renewed as we began to minister hope and healing to His people.

It was a week of spiritual breakthrough and personal victories for the entire group. We hope to see them all again next year…we don’t know how we are going to do it but we want them all back at the same time!
