We had a special treat hosting a the first ever mission trip from Bay Community Church’s Honduras Campus this week! While they were in the Cuenca serving with Instituto El Rey, the Christian High School located directly across the street from the Jungle Hospital, the team came over for a day of school visits and health education classes!
It was such a great time to see Hondurans from the big city of San Pedro Sula serving the Hondurans from the two small villages of Rio Viejo and La Colorada. We had a wonderful time working along side them and seeing their desire to serve their countrymen blossom.
It was an incredibly rewarding day and we look forward to many more of them in the future!
