After five years together, we had to say goodbye to someone who has in every meaningful way become a member of our family. Though it took some time and prayer to want to accept at first, we know that this is the next stage of Brandi’s life and we could not be happier for her! Brandi moved back to Texas in November of 2015 to finish her bachelor’s degree in Nursing with plans to become a family nurse practitioner. To add some excitement, Brandi is also engaged to an army man whom she plans to marry this August of 2016!
The entire jungle family, including the Youngers, plan to have a sweet and much-needed reunion at Brandi’s wedding to shower some jungle-love and blessings on her as she begins this exciting new phase of life! We are so grateful for the years that we had with her and we’ve no doubts that the Jungle Hospital would not be where it is if we did not have her help these past years. She was integral in forming foundational guidelines and infrastructure for our young hospital and our success is hinged on the dedication and love she poured into this ministry. We pray for blessings and the favor of God on her new life as a wife and student and can’t wait to see her smiling face again soon at her wedding!
