We had an exceptional 14 days with a group from Lee University in Cleveland, TN. Every year we are so impressed with the students and their desire to serve God in everything they do. This year we were able to host 9 medical and optical brigades, 4 dental brigades, and 3 school visits. We had consults with over 700 patients and taught health and hygiene classes to over 200 students!
We couldn’t have done all of that without such an awesome team! Lee University has been bringing their Health Sciences students to the Jungle Hospital for the past 5 years. We enjoy such a great relationship with the faculty that lead the team and we look forward to their return next year!
