Last year we introduced the plan for a new workshop that will allow us more parking and storage space as well as an area for vehicle and hospital maintenance. We broke ground on the workshop in June 2024 and it has come a long way since then.
This past week the workshop was completely painted and just about ready to move in, all due to our incredible paint crew, Pastor Jerry Taylor and Robin Taylor. They covered a lot of ground (or paintable surface, really) during their time here and we were blessed by their hard work. Within hours of the big workshop being painted, things were already being moved in and it was being put to good use.
God paved the way for a lot of progress to be made with our first team of the year as we enjoyed dry days and nice temperatures. There was still some good sweat from the hard work, but it also came with fun memories and good jokes. Even Doctor Martin was able to get in on some of the fun and make his mark (with paint) accompanied by the paint professional’s approval. These guys really know their stuff and accomplished so much in such little time. It was a great team week and we look forward to a new team season filled with these kinds of willing hearts and awesome upgrades. Let the moving begin!
